Inpatient Healthcare Assistant

With your experience in caring for others in a healthcare or caring environment, you will also have:

• A caring, compassionate and patient-centred approach
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Confidence following instructions and working as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new clinical skills and undertake training
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including long days and nights
• Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care

Previous clinical skills such as phlebotomy, ECG recording or post-operative care are advantageous, although full training and support will be provided.

What you can expect in return;

• A salary of £24,804 per annum
• This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern, including long days (07:00–19:30) and nights (19:00–07:30).
