Are you a problem solving leader with the ability to make decisions under pressure, as well as having a keen eye for detail?

Practice Plus Group are looking for an experienced manager/supervisor to support our busy Out of Hours GP Service based in Uxbridge. Primarily you will supervise the wider rota planning team which consists of rota administrators, reporting directly into the London Regional Rota Manager.

Alongside this you will ensure the rota team meets relevant CQC standards, actively monitor, evaluate and report on service performance ensuring all business needs and NQR's are met. You will also be monitoring and evaluating the performance of staff by means of regular 1-2-1’s and monthly catch ups, with the help of regular training and development activities when necessary.

This is a full time permanent role with regular office hours, working 5 days between Monday - Saturday.
